SERVICE AGREEMENT

Is it really free, forever?
Document editing — all six editors including HWP — stays free. The only paid parts are server-side Bati AI credits and automation. Your own API keys (BYOK) and local AI remain free to use.
Will my HWP formatting break?
Tables, images, and formatting are preserved while you edit, and you can save back to HWP or HWPX. Compatibility can vary with document structure, so the app shows what changed before saving.
Do I need an account to edit documents?
No. Office and HWP editing stay free without an account. A free Bati account is required only when you enter the AI panel.
Where is my personal API key stored?
It is encrypted in macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager and is not passed back into the editor UI.
